Tender for construction all risk insurance
A/S Øresund hereby invites suppliers to participate in a tender below the threshold for a contract regarding construction all risk insurance.
A/S Øresund is a limited company owned by Sund & Bælt Holding A/S. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is responsible for various port facilities and other infrastructure.
Please refer to the tender material for information about capacity (limits and retention), risk assessment, and the time and activity plan. Due to the sensitivity of the information in the tender material, the information will not be shared publicly.
Questions are to be addressed to the contact person in writing as soon as possible and no later than 1 May 2024. Marsh will gather all questions in a Q&A document which will be provided to insurers as soon as possible. It will be updated along the process.
The quoting deadline is 13 May 2024 (prolongation of deadline is NOT possible).

The quotes will be evaluated on the basis of the following combined criteria for award decision:
• Price
• Best possible terms and conditions
• Layer structure
It is evaluated positively if solutions as described in the tender material is accommodated.
There will be done an overall evaluation of the accumulated advantages and disadvantages of the received quotes in respect of pricing and terms/conditions.
