Acquisition and processing of airborne optical data within the COASTal LIFE project in Denmark
Aalborg Municipality must, in collaboration with GEUS (Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland), carry out a consulting service and service provision of aerial mapping and associated data processing for an EU Life project in Denmark. The project is named “COASTal LIFE”.
GEUS assesses that this is a particularly complex type of assignment which places high demands on the bidders (Consultants) equipment and staffing. The offer must be submitted in compliance with the requirements specified in the Tender Description in appendix 2.
Aalborg Municipality is the contract holder and the Client. GEUS will act as the professional coordinator for the technical services in the project.
The task must be initiated immediately after obtaining offers and contract negotiations. The consultant must be aware that the flight mapping itself must be completed by 31 March 2023. In the event of a delay on the part of the consultant, which can’t be accepted by the Client, a fine must be paid until the task is completed.
The maximum financial framework is estimated to be approximately 200,000 euros. The estimated value is based on GEUS's estimate of the scope of the task. The approach will be “most for value”.
It is pointed out that the client considers it of significant importance for the timely execution of the task that the entire assignment is carried out by the tenderer himself, and sub-consultants are therefore not accepted for parts or deliveries of the task.
