Beskrivelse: Description: BACKGROUND: The assignment concerns a Midterm Review (MTR) of the Peace\n and Stabilisation Programme for the Horn of Africa IV (PSP HoA). The review will be\n led by the Evaluation, Learning and Quality (LÆRING) in the Danish Ministry of Foreign\n Affairs (MFA). It will take place in close collaboration with the Ministry of Defence\n (MoD), contributing with the non-DAC funding for some of the engagements under review,\n with the Ministry of Justice and in particular the Danish National Police (DNP) who\n are seconding two advisors to the programme and with the Danish Embassies in Kenya\n and Ethiopia that oversee the programme. OBJECTIVE The objective of the review is\n to undertake an independent quality assurance of the PSP HoA IV programme and assess\n the continued relevance.
