As\n part of the application, economic operators must ensure that a duly completed version\n of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) is submitted. Furthermore, economic operators for the current tender must\n not be subject to the exclusion grounds listed in section 137, paragraph 1, no. 2.\n Economic operators covered by the included exclusion grounds in sections 135-137 may\n only participate in the tender if documentation of reliability is presented, cf. section\n 138 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority will request a “Serviceattest”\n (https://erhvervsstyrelsen.dk/serviceattest-ved-udbud) as documentation that economic\n operators are not subject to the exclusion grounds specified in section 135, paragraph\n 1, 2, and 3 (and if selected, section 137, paragraph 1, no. 2 ) of the Public Procurement\n Act. If the economic operator originates from another Member State, they must provide\n equivalent documentation in the version and/or from the authorities relevant in that\n Member State. The contracting authority reserves the right at any time during the\n procurement procedure to request an applicant or tenderer to submit documentation\n if necessary to ensure that the procedure is carried out correctly. The EU sanctions\n against Russia entail that economic operators subject to EU sanctions under EU Regulation\n no. 833/2014 as amended, article 5k, are excluded from participating in the tender.\n By submitting an application, the applicant confirms not to be subject to this. Conditions\n for participation in the form of consortia or through the use of supporting entities\n are described in the Tender Material. The contracting authority reserves the right\n to complement, supplement, or complete applications and tenders.

Site visit\n at Havnegade 120, 5000 Odense;

In connection with the tender procedure,\n an inspection of the site of installation will be made available at Havnegade 120,\n 5000 Odense in week 17-18 prior to the submission of application. The inspection constitutes\n a voluntary opportunity for tenderers to familiarize themselves with the site prior\n to the submission of tenders. No additional information will be provided on the day,\n other than a brief introduction by the Contracting Authority and a guided tour. Any\n specific questions must subsequently be submitted in writing via Comdia, and responses\n will be published in the Q&A section of Comdia.

Rent nationale udelukkelsesgrunde: Section 134a of the Danish Public Procurement Act applies, which is why a contracting\n entity must exclude a candidate or tenderer from participation in a procurement procedure\n if the candidate or tenderer is established in a country that is included on the EU\n list of non-cooperative tax jurisdictions and has not acceded to the WTO's Government\n Procurement Agreement or other trade agreements obliging Denmark to open the market\n for public contracts to tenderers established in that country. Beskrivelse af udvælgelseskriterium: The applicant must provide their equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves,\n revaluation, retained earning etc.) in accordance with the accounting practices applicable\n to the applicant from the most recent available annual report in ESPD part IV.B, ‘Financial\n ratio'. The most recent available annual report refers to the report available at\n the time of the application deadline. The applicant’s equity must be positive. If\n the applicant relies on the capacity of one or more entities (e.g., a parent company,\n sister company, or subcontractor) or is a group of economic operators (e.g., a consortium),\n information regarding ESPD part IV.B must also be provided in a separate ESPD for\n each of these entities, cf. section VI.3 'Additional information'. 2. 40%\n After the main equipment etc. for the filter press is delivered from the supplier\n and/or sub suppliers, at the contracting authority’s address.
3. 30% Handover\n of the filter press and ready for commercial operation.
4. 10% After the full\n documentation, drawings etc. have been delivered and approved by the contracting authority.\n Payment does not release the Supplier from its obligation to remedy defects.

Payment\n is 30 days net upon receipt and acceptance of invoice.

The first installment\n will be paid upon receipt and acceptance of Performance Bond and Advance Payment Bond\n for installment no. 1.

Information about review deadlines: According to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement Act etc. (the Act\n can be downloaded at www.retsinformation.dk), the following deadlines for filing a\n complaint apply:
Complaints about not having been selected must be submitted to\n the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar days, cf. Section\n 7(1) of the Act, from the day after sending a notification to the candidates concerned\n about who has been selected, when the notification is accompanied by a statement of\n reasons for the decision in accordance with Section 2(1)(1) of the Act and Section\n 171(2) of the Public Procurement Act.
In other situations, complaints about tenders,\n cf. Section 7(2) of the Act, must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public\n Procurement within:
1) 45 calendar days after the contracting entity has published\n a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that it has entered into a\n contract. The deadline is calculated from the day after the date on which the announcement\n has been published.
2) 20 calendar days from the day after the contracting entity\n has announced its decision, cf. Section 185(2) of the Public Procurement Act. No later\n than the same time that a complaint is submitted to the Complaints Board for Public\n Procurement, the complainant must inform the contracting entity in writing that a\n complaint is submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and whether\n the complaint has been submitted during the standstill period, cf. Section 6(4) of\n the Act. In cases where the complaint has not been submitted during the standstill\n period, the complainant must also state whether the complaint is to be given suspensive\n effect, cf. Section 12(1) of the Act.
