The information\n will constitute a significant contribution to the organisation of the overall re-tendering\n process and will be utilised in the adaptation of the tender material. This amendment\n to the initial prior information notice is published with the purpose of informing\n the market of the opportunity for marked participants to provide additional input\n to the ongoing market dialogue by way of comments to the draft contracts for the project\n .

Yderligere oplysninger: By concession notice 78962-2024 published on February 7, 2024 (OJ S 27/2024) HOFOR\n initiated a tender procedure with the intention of awarding a concession to a private\n partner concerning the construction and operation of a carbon capture facility in\n connection to HOFOR’s newly commissioned power plant of unit 4 (AMV4) with approx.\n 1 million tonnes of biogenic CO2 per year. As part of the tender procedure a dialogue\n phase has been carried out with the prequalified tenderers, which made it clear that\n adjustments to the business model and contracts are required to meet the needs of\n HOFOR and the market. The information HOFOR has received during the dialogue phase\n has further underpinned HOFOR’s decision to seek a partnership and for the main part,\n HOFOR expects to continue with the project as initially contemplated. Based on the\n information received HOFOR is however contemplating entering into the partnership\n and joint project at an earlier stage and to open up for more contractual flexibility\n on a number of aspects constrained in the original tender, including inclusion of\n other nearby emitters in the partnership and contractual framework. Based on the initial\n phase of the market dialogue HOFOR has made a number of changes to the project and\n have updated the draft contracts. Before initiating the new tender procedure – expectedly\n mid-October 2024 with an expected contract award in January 2025, HOFOR wishes to\n consult the market on the contemplated adjustments. All interested parties are therefore\n invited to participate in this next phase of the market dialogue where HOFOR is seeking\n input on the draft contracts. Participation is available to all parties who no later\n than September 25, 2024, submits a reply to a short questionnaire which is available\n upon signing up in the electronic tendering system EU-Supply eu.eu-supply.com . A\n party who wishes to participate in the market dialogue, but who has not already actively\n participated in the first phase of the market dialogue must hence sign up via EU Supply\n where further instructions in respect of how to fill out and submit the questionnaire\n can be found. A short high-level summary of the feedback received from the market\n during the first phase of the marked dialogue will also be made available to all interested\n parties via EU Supply.
