Titel: The selection of a European Facilitator to co-chair the European Youth Conference
\n
Beskrivelse: The EU Youth Conference during the Danish Presidency will take place from the 21st\n to 23rd of September 2025 in Copenhagen. The Ministry of Children and Education will\n select a European Facilitator to lead the Conference together with a selected Danish\n national facilitator.

The main tasks of the European Facilitator is to:
•\n Moderate different plenary sessions during the conference together with the national\n facilitator such as plenary debates and introducing speakers
• Co-design material\n to the group facilitators before the conference
• Plan and prepare the methodology\n and choreography of the working group sessions and plenary sessions in close coopera-tion\n with the organizing team from the ministry and national youth council
• Attend\n preparatory meetings and debriefing (online) and the EU Youth Conference from the\n 21st to 23rd of September in Copenhagen
• Prepare and facilitate a webinar for\n the participants to prepare for the conference in advance. Planned for September 2025\n (final date TBD)
• Ensuring continuity and coherence throughout the 11th cycle\n by participating in meetings in the European Steering Group if neces-sary (online\n for selected agenda points).

Hovedpunkterne i proceduren: The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the Most Economically Advantageous\n Tender (MEAT) in accordance with the award criterion:
“Best price-quality ratio.”

Following\n criteria and competences will weight positively in the evaluation of tenderers:
\n • Have experience in facilitating large events with groups of young people and decision-makers;
•\n Have experience in using participatory methods and formats;
• Have experience\n in moderating panels with (high ranking) politi-cians;
• Have intercultural sensitivity\n and experience in working with inter-national and diverse groups with different profiles\n and levels of knowledge;
• Have experience and in-depth knowledge of topics related\n to the EU Youth Ddialogue, e.g. EU Youth Strategy, EU Youth Confer-ences, youth organizations\n etc.
• Previous involvement with the EU Youth Dialogue (former EU Structured Dialogue)\n or as facilitator of a European Youth Confer-ence will be considered an advantage;\n
• Excellent English language proficiency
