Beskrivelse: The subject matter of the Framework Agreement is to set out the terms and conditions\n for the supply of:
• Up to 4.000.000 units of Large Plastic Sacks for the collection\n of Beverage Packaging made of PET and aluminum.
• Up to 1.600.000 units of Small\n Plastic Sacks for the collection of Beverage Packaging made of glass (glass bottles).\n Each Plastic Sack must have a Unique Identifier, consisting of a QR-code, a variable\n sack number, and check digits, to enable scanning and identification in DRS’ handling\n process. The detailed requirements for the Plastic Sacks and DRS’ handling process\n are described in the Specification of functional and technical requirements to Plastic\n Sacks, including sub appendices

The Framework Agreement will be carried out\n in period 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2030.
DRS may place an order on the final\n day of the Contract Term, to be delivered in accordance.

The estimated\n number of Large and Small Plastic Sacks to be supplied under the Framework Agreement\n is 4,400,000 units, and the maximum number to be supplied is 5,600,000 units. The\n estimated and maximum quantities are distributed as follows:
Large Plastic Sacks:\n
- Estimated: 800,000 units per year = 3,200.000 units in Contract Term

At\n the same time DRS will ask the Tenderers to submit a declaration regarding Council\n Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view\n of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, pursuant to which DRS\n may not award a Framework Agreement to the following:
- Russian nationals, natural\n persons resident in Russia, or legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia,
-\n legal persons, entities or bodies in which an entity covered by point (a) directly\n or indirectly holds more than 50 %, or
- natural or legal persons, entities or\n bodies acting on behalf of or on the instructions of an entity referred to in point\n (a) or (b),

including, where they account for more than 10 per cent of the\n value of the Framework Agreement, subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacity\n is utilised, as set out in Part II.C of the ESPD.

Tenderers are advised to\n use Annex 4, which forms part of the Tender documentation.

The tenderer\n must maintain its tender for 3 months from the expiry of the tender deadline.

If\n the contracting authority receives a complaint in connection with the tender, the\n expiry of the commitment period shall be temporarily suspended for the period during\n which the complaint has suspensive effect. Tenderers shall be released from their\n commitment at the end of the commitment period, upon notification by the contracting\n authority of the cancellation of the tender procedure, or at the time the contracting\n authority publishes a notice of the conclusion of the contract (but not upon the contracting\n authority’s notification of the award of the contract).

The estimated number\n of Large and Small Plastic Sacks to be supplied under the Framework Agreement is 4,400,000\n units, and the maximum number to be supplied is 5,600,000 units. The estimated and\n maximum quantities are distributed as follows:
