They can administer medication, perform\n more advanced care, and work closely with nurses and doctors. The assistant assesses\n the citizen's health, plans the care, and coordinates efforts to ensure that the citizen\n receives appropriate support, both physically and mentally.
The Contract\n also includes an option for the Ministry to allow for the recruitment of nurses:
Nurses:\n A nurse is a person who is trained to perform, lead, and develop nursing, which involves\n assisting the sick and healthy in promoting or regaining health. This is done by using\n knowledge of clinical, therapeutic, and relational aspects of healthcare, and nurses\n work both in hospitals and in primary healthcare.

In this\n procedure, the tenderer may rely on the economic and financial capacity of other operators\n to fulfil the suitability requirements. The operator(s) making its/their economic\n and financial capacity available to the tenderer must sign a letter of commitment,\n see further in the tender specifications. If the tenderer relies on the economic and financial\n capacity of other entities in relation to the fulfilment of requirements, see below,\n the tenderer and the entities in question will be required by the contracting entity\n to undertake joint and several liability for the performance of the contract.
The\n tender submission letter serves as provisional documentation that the tenderer fulfils\n the requirements in respect of economic and financial capacity.
Before the\n award decision is made, the tenderer to whom the contracting entity intends to award\n the contract must submit documentation that the information stated in the tender submission\n letter is accurate.
Upon the contracting entity's request, the following\n documentation of economic and financial capacity must be submitted:
A statement\n regarding the operator's equity and assets in the latest annual report/financial statement\n available, depending on when the operator was established if the equity and assets\n figures are available. For groups of operators (e.g., a consortium), the information\n in the latest annual report/financial statement available must be submitted for each\n participating operator in the group. Where an operator relies on the economic and\n financial capacity of other entities (e.g., a parent company, a sister company or\n a subcontractor), information for such other entities must be provided as well.
As\n a minimum requirement, an equity ratio is required of at least 10 % in the latest\n annual report/financial statement available. The equity ratio is calculated as the\n operator’s total equity divided by the operator’s total assets, calculated as a percentage.\n The equity ratio is thus calculated as (total equity/total assets) x 100 = equity\n ratio. If the tenderer relies on the capacities of other entities, the equity ratio\n is calculated as the total equity of the tenderer and such other entities divided\n by their total assets, calculated as a percentage. For groups of operators (e.g.,\n a consortium), the equity ratio is calculated as the total equity of the operators\n divided by their total assets, calculated as a percentage. A\n list of the 5 most significant comparable services that the tenderer has carried out\n in the latest 3 years before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tender.
Only\n references relating to services carried out at the time of submission of tender will\n be given importance in the evaluation of whether the requirements regarding technical\n and professional capacity have been complied with, see below. Hence, in the case of\n an ongoing task, only the part of the services already performed at the time of submission\n of tender will be included in the evaluation of the reference.
Each reference\n is requested to include a brief description of the deliveries made. The description\n of the delivery should include a clear description of the services to which the delivery\n relates and the tenderer's role(s) in the performance of the delivery. The reference\n is furthermore requested to include the financial value of the delivery (amount),\n the date of delivery and the name of the customer (recipient).
When indicating\n the date of the delivery, the tenderer is requested to indicate the date of commencement\n and finalisation of the delivery. If this is not possible, for example if the tasks\n were performed on a continuous basis under a framework agreement, the tenderer is\n asked to indicate how the date is specified.
No more than 5 references may\n be stated, irrespective of whether the tenderer is a single operator, whether the\n tenderer relies on the technical capacity of other entities, or is a group of operators\n (e.g. a consortium). Where more than 5 references are stated, only the most recent\n 5 references will be taken into account. Any additional references will be disregarded.\n If it is not possible to decide which references are the most recent 5 references,\n the references will be selected by drawing lots.
In this procedure, the tenderer\n may rely on the technical capacity of other operators to fulfil the suitability requirements.\n The operator(s) making its/their technical capacity available to the tenderer must\n sign a letter of commitment, see further in the tender specifications. The form is\n enclosed as an attachment to the tender specifications.
If the tenderer relies\n on the professional experience of other entities for the performance of specific parts\n of the services comprised by the contract, such specific parts of the services under\n the contract must be performed by the entity on which the tenderer relies.
The\n tender submission letter serves as provisional documentation that the tenderer fulfils\n the requirements in respect of technical and professional capacity.
Before\n the award decision is made, the tenderer to whom the contracting entity intends to\n award the contract must submit documentation that the information stated in the tender\n submission letter is accurate.
No additional documentation of technical and\n professional capacity will be required from the tenderer. However, the contracting\n entity reserves the right to contact the tenderer or the customer stated in the reference\n for verification of the information stated in the reference, including the dates of\n the reference indicated.
As a minimum requirement, the tenderer must have\n at least one reference demonstrating experience with recruitment of labour from India\n and the Philippines as well as experience in providing political advisory services\n and engaging in discussions with authorities.
The minimum requirement may\n be fulfilled by multiple references, whereby one reference may contain experience\n with recruitment and another reference may demonstrate experience in providing political\n advisory services. In relation to recruitment, a reference does not need to be in\n relation to both India and the Philippines at the same time. Each reference\n is requested to include a brief description of the deliveries made. The description\n of the delivery should include a clear description of the services to which the delivery\n relates and the tenderer's role(s) in the performance of the delivery. The reference\n is furthermore requested to include the financial value of the delivery (amount),\n the date of delivery and the name of the customer (recipient).
When indicating\n the date of the delivery, the tenderer is requested to indicate the date of commencement\n and finalisation of the delivery. If this is not possible, for example if the tasks\n were performed on a continuous basis under a framework agreement, the tenderer is\n asked to indicate how the date is specified.
No more than 5 references may\n be stated, irrespective of whether the tenderer is a single operator, whether the\n tenderer relies on the technical capacity of other entities, or is a group of operators\n (e.g. a consortium). Where more than 5 references are stated, only the most recent\n 5 references will be taken into account. Any additional references will be disregarded.\n If it is not possible to decide which references are the most recent 5 references,\n the references will be selected by drawing lots.
In this procedure, the tenderer\n may rely on the technical capacity of other operators to fulfil the suitability requirements.\n The operator(s) making its/their technical capacity available to the tenderer must\n sign a letter of commitment, see further in the tender specifications. The form is\n enclosed as an attachment to the tender specifications.
If the tenderer relies\n on the professional experience of other entities for the performance of specific parts\n of the services comprised by the contract, such specific parts of the services under\n the contract must be performed by the entity on which the tenderer relies.
The\n tender submission letter serves as provisional documentation that the tenderer fulfils\n the requirements in respect of technical and professional capacity.
Before\n the award decision is made, the tenderer to whom the contracting entity intends to\n award the contract must submit documentation that the information stated in the tender\n submission letter is accurate.
No additional documentation of technical and\n professional capacity will be required from the tenderer. However, the contracting\n entity reserves the right to contact the tenderer or the customer stated in the reference\n for verification of the information stated in the reference, including the dates of\n the reference indicated.
As a minimum requirement, the tenderer must have\n at least one reference demonstrating experience with recruitment of labour from India\n and the Philippines as well as experience in providing political advisory services\n and engaging in discussions with authorities.
The minimum requirement may\n be fulfilled by multiple references, whereby one reference may contain experience\n with recruitment and another reference may demonstrate experience in providing political\n advisory services. In relation to recruitment, a reference does not need to be in\n relation to both India and the Philippines at the same time.
