Minimum requirement:
Equity from the\n latest annual report must, at the time of prequalification, be at least 5,5 million\n DKK.
Equity ratio from the latest annual report must, at the time of prequalification,\n be at least 20 pct. The final documentation must also\n be accompanied by a Consortium Declaration, by which the parties declare to be a consortium\n or other form of association jointly and severally, unconditionally, and directly\n liable for the fulfilment of the contract tendered.\n \n 5.1.9 Selection criteriaCriterion:Type: Economic and financial standing\n Name: Economic and Financial Standing\n Description: The applicant must confirm the economic ability in the ESPD part IV.B with information\n from the latest annual report regarding the following economic indicators:
1.\n Equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves, revaluation, retained earning\n etc.)
2. Equity ratio (equity/total assets). This must be stated with two decimals.
If\n the applicant relies on the capacities of other entities or the applicant is a group\n of economic operators the information for the ESPD part IV.B must also be given in\n a separate ESPD from each of these entities. It is the sole responsibility of the\n applicant to secure that the minimum requirements are reached based on consolidation\n when the applicant is relying on the capacity of other entities or when the applicant\n is a group of economic operators.
Minimum requirement:
Equity from the\n latest annual report must, at the time of prequalification, be at least 5,5 million\n DKK.
Equity ratio from the latest annual report must, at the time of prequalification,\n be at least 20 pct. The selection of the most suitable\n applicants will be based on the applicant’s references c.f. section 2.2.3.
The\n assessment of the references will be based on to which extent the references demonstrate\n extensive experience with deliveries comparable to the tendered assignment cf. Section\n 1.4 regarding solution, complexity, scope and purpose, especially concerning:
•\n Inspections of comparable flights.
• The experience with comparable inspections\n in years.

To fulfill the minimum requirements of technical and professional\n ability, the Tenderer must have experience with Inspection of HV Cables, Overhead\n lines and pipelines.
The information about the experience with HV Cables,\n Overhead lines and pipelines must include:
• A short description of the inspections\n of the flights, including:
• What years the flights took place
• The nature\n of the inspection: (HV Cables, Overhead lines, pipelines etc.)
• Client(s) for\n the performed inspections including contact information
• Total hours of inspection\n flights for the pilot
