Beskrivelse: The present tender concerns the concept proposals for dissemination and experience\n design at the National Centre for Coastal Nature and Sport Fishing at the Middle Pier\n at Assens Harbour. The project is tendered as a turnkey contract. The National Centre\n for Coastal Nature and Sport Fishing will be an experience centre which, through experiences\n and stories about the sea, coasts, lakes, streams, fish, and angling, will make visitors\n marvel at life beneath the water surface, and which will make visitors want to try\n their hand at unique nature experiences. In this connection, it is the\n Client's assessment that the realisation of the tendered project can be carried out\n most appropriately in two separate agreements: A consultancy contract for the design\n of the centre's buildings and its facilities, and a turnkey contract for the dissemination\n of the centre and its exhibitions. The present turnkey competition only concerns the\n dissemination in the turnkey of the centre's buildings and the facilities and hotspots\n located along the harbour. The contracting authority has decided to cancel the tender\n procedure with the aim of accommodating the bidders' desire for a more balanced contract\n by, among other things, relaxing the contract terms. Consequently, a re-tender will\n be initiated as soon as possible and is expected before the end of August.

5.1.12 Udbudsvilkår
