If any framework\n agreements are submitted as part of an Applicant’s references, Applicants are encouraged\n to submit the requested information for the most recent or most significant call-off\n contract(s) concluded under such framework agreements. The Applicant\n must confirm that the Applicant fulfils the minimum requirement above by ticking “yes”\n in part IV of the ESPD. The Applicant’s answer in part IV of the ESPD serves as provisional\n documentation that the Applicant fulfils the minimum requirement, and the Applicant\n will later be requested to document compliance with the minimum requirement. Submission\n of a reference list showing compliance with the minimum requirement for “experience”\n will be considered documentation.
