Beskrivelse: In order to support the Danish Presidency in planning the second EU Youth Conference\n during the Trio presidency (which takes place from 21st to 23rd of September 2025\n in Copenhagen), the Ministry of Children and Education (BUVM) will select a supplier\n of analytical assistance and consultancy for the role as European researchers. The\n following tasks are to be distributed among the supplier involved in the process and\n cover only the period from July until December 2025. • Support the European Steering\n Group (ESG) in planning the EU Youth Dialogue and EU Youth Conference. This includes\n participating in ESG meetings when it is necessary (e.g. participation during one\n hour of online meetings) • Deliver a consultation phase report summarizing the results\n from consultation activities done by the National Working Groups across the EU and\n the input from the International Non-Governmental Youth Organisations • Support the\n organising team in designing the preparation materials for working groups that will\n be set up during the EU Youth Conference.
