The EU has launched e-CERTIS, a free, online database providing\n information to businesses and contracting authorities about the types of documentary\n evidence commonly requested in public procurement procedures.
Information about\n relevant certificates can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/tools/ecertis/#/search
The\n contracting authority therefore strongly encourages foreign applicants/tenderers to\n obtain this documentation as early as possible. The documentation must be issued no\n more than 12 months before the tender deadline.
Where possible, such documentation\n should correspond to the type of evidence indicated in e-CERTIS, cf. Section 152(3)\n of the Danish Public Procurement Act.
Such documentation may include:
An extract\n from the relevant register or an equivalent document issued by a competent judicial\n or administrative authority confirming that the applicant or tenderer is not subject\n to any grounds for exclusion;
A certificate issued by the competent authority\n in the relevant country as proof that the applicant or tenderer is not subject to\n exclusion grounds;
A declaration on oath or a solemn declaration made before a\n competent judicial or administrative authority, a notary public, or a competent professional\n organisation in the country in which the applicant or tenderer is established.
\n \n 5.1.10 Award criteriaCriterion:\n \n Description: The tenderer must submit prices as requested in the Schedule of prices (Annex 2).\n
The tender must be submitted in Danish Kroner (DKK), exclusive of VAT, but including\n all other fees.
The price that is included in the evaluation will be the total\n price, cf. Tenderer\n must for each user scenario in its tender include a video or a description for the\n specific scenario in accordance with the schedule.
To evaluating the criterion,\n the contracting authority has submitted a committee of expected users and map editors\n for the system. Based on committee’s experience from the videos and/or descriptions\n an appointed committee at SDU will assess the systems’ user friendliness and intuitiveness.\n Positive weighting is placed on at system being intuitive and having a clear layout.\n
With the system being intuitive, we mean e.g. by using common visual cues (e.g.\n such as colors and icons), and/or the System is designed in a way that makes it easy\n for users to learn and remember how the system works, to ensure an experience that\n feels intuitive. Features and navigation should - to the highest possible extent -\n be self-explanatory (e.g. by having support features such as mouse-over information,\n for further guidance), and the design should be consistent.
In the absence of\n a video or description the grade 0 is given for the scenario in question.
\n Category of award weight criterion: Weight (percentage, exact)Award criterion number: 30\n \n \n Criterion:\n Name: Quality 2: Functionality of the digital wayfinding\n Description: Annex 1 Specification of requirements, section 3.2. and 3.3 describes several wishes\n for functionality and the associated minimum requirements.
The fulfilment of\n the requirements in sections 3.2 and 3.3 is generally evaluated by assessing whether\n each Wish has been met or not. If a Wish is met in the tenderer’s offer, it is awarded\n 10 points in accordance with section 2.5.2. If the Wish is not met, it is awarded\n 0 points.
Where the wishes in these two sections state “It will be viewed\n positively if…”, the evaluation will be based on the extent to which the fulfilment\n is deemed to meet what is considered positive for the specific wish. The evaluation\n will be carried out according to the method described in section 2.6.2 or after the\n scale stated in the wish, if one as such is to be found in the wish.
All\n wishes carry equal weight. This means that the average score awarded for the fulfilment\n of the wishes will be included in the overall evaluation of the tender with the weighting\n assigned to “Quality 2 …” in the table above.

2) 20 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter at ordregiveren\n har meddelt sin beslutning, jf.udbudslovens § 185, stk. 2.
Senest samtidig med\n at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underrette\n ordregiveren om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, og om hvorvidt klagen\n er indgivet i standstill - perioden, jf.lovens § 6, stk. 4.I tilfælde hvor klagen\n ikke er indgivet i standstill - perioden, skal klageren tillige angive, hvorvidt der\n begæres opsættende virkning af klagen, jf.lovens § 12, stk. 1.
