The\n tenders submitted must be valid for a period of 3 months as from the specified time\n limit for the sub-mission of tenders. In the event that the tenderer, in connection\n with the negotiation phase, prepares and submits revised tenders, such tenders must\n also be valid for the period of 3 months as from the specified time limit for these\n tenders. Submission of a revised tender releases the tenderers from any previously\n submitted tenders.
Selection criteria is the most economically advantageous\n tender based on the best price-quality ration.
The applicant must submit\n a general description of the applying company, including address, VAT-number and contact\n information for the contact person (phone number, e-mail and address).
If\n the applying company wants to rely on the capacity of other entities regarding either\n “Economic and financial capability” or “Technical capability” it shall prove to the\n contracting authority that those resources will be available to it by delivering a\n commitment by those entities to that effect.
The Contracting Authority reserves\n the right to request the applicant to supplement, specify or complete the information\n submitted.
Economic and financial capability
The applicant must submit\n the latest audited annual report for the applying company including the following\n economic indicators:
• Equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves, revaluation,\n retained earning etc.)
• Equity ratio (equity/total assets)
The following\n minimum requirement must be fulfilled:
• Equity must be at least DKK 167.000\n at the time of submission of application
• Equity ratio must be at least 20 pct.
o\n If the equity ratio is between 15 pct. and 20 pct. the supplier can qualify if Equity\n exceeds DKK 500.000
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request\n the applicant to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.
Lodging\n of appeal
Appeals concerning this tender must be lodged with the Danish Complaints\n Board for Public
