3. Background.\n Crown Commercial Services are procuring CWAS 3 as a multi-lot framework for use by\n any UK public sector organisations for in-scope procurements. CWAS 3 is currently\n valued at £80Bn and is intended to have a term of 8 years. CWAS 3 is being procured\n under UK national procurement regulations as set out in the Procurement Act 2023.\n The procurement is being conducted as an Open Competition with no limitation on the\n number of suppliers that can compete to be selected for inclusion in any Lot/Sub-Lot.\n After award of CWAS 3 there will be no opportunity for further suppliers to join the\n framework.
4. CWAS 3 includes a Defence Lot developed for use by MOD. It\n is the Defence lot that MOD would utilise to deliver NSIP projects.
