- an equity ratio\n of at least 20% and total equity of at least EUR 10 million; or
- an equity ratio\n of at least 15% but below 20%, provided that total equity exceeds EUR 30 million.
If\n the applicant is relying on the capacities of one or more other entities (e.g. a parent\n or sister company or a subcontractor) or the applicant is a group of economic operators\n (e.g. a consortium) the information for the ESPD part IV.B must also be given in a\n separate ESPD from each of these entities, cf. section VI.3 “Additional information”.\n It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to secure that the minimum levels required\n are reached on the basis of consolidation when the applicant is relying on the capacity\n of other entities or when the applicant is a group of economic operators (e.g. a consortium).

The requirement can be fulfilled by\n presenting one reference containing both elements.
A comparable reference\n must concern linepipe manufactured and supplied in accordance with API 5L, ISO 3183,\n DNV-ST-F101 or another recognised equivalent transmission-pipeline standard. The reference\n must concern linepipe with a nominal outside diameter of at least 30 inches, a material\n grade of at least API 5L Grade X60 or an equivalent grade, and a design pressure of\n at least 50 barg.
The Applicant must document at least one reference concerning\n the manufacture and supply of pipeline induction bends with a nominal outside diameter\n of at least 30 inches, produced from API 5L Grade X60 or an equivalent grade, for\n a hydrogen or natural-gas transmission pipeline.
References must have commenced\n before the application submission date and must not have been completed more than\n five years before that date.
If the applicant is relying on the references\n of one or more other entities (e.g. a parent or sister company or a subcontractor)\n or the applicant is a group of economic operators (e.g. a consortium) the information\n for the ESPD part IV.C must also be given in a separate ESPD from each of these entities.

- An applicant participating on its\n own, but relying on the capacities of one or more other entities (e.g. a parent or\n sister company or a subcontractor), must ensure that the application includes the\n applicants own ESPD together with a separate ESPD from each of the entities it re-lies\n on with a completed part II: “Information concerning the economic operator” and part\n III: “Exclusion grounds” of the ESPD as well as the relevant information regarding\n part IV: “Selection criteria” and part V: “Reduction of the number of qualified candidates”.\n The ESPD from each of the entities should be duly filled and signed by the entities\n concerned.
Further where an applicant wants to rely on the capacities of\n other entities, it shall prove to the contracting authority that it will have at its\n disposal the resources necessary, for example, by producing a commitment by those\n entities to that effect, which must be submitted as part of the final documentation.
-\n Where groups of economic operators, including temporary associations, participate\n together in the procurement procedure, a complete separate ESPD for each of the participating\n eco-nomic operators must be submitted.
Further the final documentation must\n include a signed declaration by all parties of the group of economic operators (joint\n venture, consortium or other) stating that all economic operators assume joint and\n several liabilities towards the Contracting Authority for the performance of the con-tract\n as a whole.
\n \n 5.1.9 Selection criteriaSources of selection criteria: Notice\n Criterion: Financial ratioDescription of selection criterion: For admission to the SQS, the Applicant must meet one of the following alternative\n minimum requirements based on the latest annual report:
- an equity ratio\n of at least 20% and total equity of at least EUR 10 million; or
- an equity ratio\n of at least 15% but below 20%, provided that total equity exceeds EUR 30 million.

\n \n Criterion: References on specified deliveriesDescription of selection criterion: For admission to the SQS, the Applicant must document at least one comparable reference\n concerning the manufacture and supply of large-diameter linepipe for a hydrogen or\n natural-gas transmission pipe-line; and at least one comparable reference concerning\n the manufacture and supply of large-diameter pipeline induction bends for a hydrogen\n or natural-gas transmission pipeline.
The requirement can be fulfilled by\n presenting one reference containing both elements.
A comparable reference\n must concern linepipe manufactured and supplied in accordance with API 5L, ISO 3183,\n DNV-ST-F101 or another recognised equivalent transmission-pipeline standard. The reference\n must concern linepipe with a nominal outside diameter of at least 30 inches, a material\n grade of at least API 5L Grade X60 or an equivalent grade, and a design pressure of\n at least 50 barg.
The Applicant must document at least one reference concerning\n the manufacture and supply of pipeline induction bends with a nominal outside diameter\n of at least 30 inches, produced from API 5L Grade X60 or an equivalent grade, for\n a hydrogen or natural-gas transmission pipeline.
References must have commenced\n before the application submission date and must not have been completed more than\n five years before that date.

A complaint regarding non-prequalification\n must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar\n days from the day following the contracting authority's dispatch of a notification\n to the candidates concerned identifying who has been selected, cf. section 171(2)\n of the Danish Public Procurement Act or section 2(1)(1) of the Act on the Complaints\n Board for Public Procurement, where the notification is accompanied by a statement\n of reasons for the decision.
