The goal is to have a Platform\n that provides a framework to create a personalized streaming product making the time\n worth spend on DRTV. This should be supported by the integration to external recommendation\n engines as well as orchestrating and manually curation of content. DR aims to utilize\n the Platform to empower the editorial teams, with tools to customize a tailored digital\n experience. DR wants a flexible Platform which makes it easy to configure design,\n navigation, layout and ingest content behaviour to increase engagement and decrease\n churn, within the Platform.
The Platform needs to integrate easily via well-documented\n APIs with other systems as it will be part of our existing tech- and eco-environment\n stack. The Platform serves as a central hub for planning, ingesting, managing, and\n showcasing/distributing videos and content to the End-user. Thus, the Platform serves\n as a control center for the Platform-workflow, and it is DR's ambition to create a\n well-founded Platform to ensure better integration, flexibility, and adaptability\n of DR’s apps.The main services (A-C) under the Contract are:A. A complete delivery of the Platform (as described above), including the necessary\n functionality, API and integrations

Instead, it is necessary to tender out the delivery\n and implementation of the Platform and the associated operation, maintenance, etc.,\n to the same supplier. All communication\n in connection with the tender procedure, including questions and answers, must take\n place through the electronic tendering system.
Questions must be submitted not\n later than the 10th of August 2024. Questions asked after this date will be answered\n if they are received in time for the contracting entity to provide the information\n required and communicate the answers not later than six days before expiry of the\n application dead-line. Questions received later than six days before expiry of the\n deadline cannot expect to be answered unless the deadline is also postponed.
Before\n the award decision is made, the tenderer to whom the contracting entity intends to\n award the contract must provide documentation of the information submitted in the\n ESPD pursuant to sections 151-152, cf. section 153 of the Danish Public Procurement\n Act. As an alternative to the documentation mentioned in sections 153-155, 157 and\n 158 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, the applicant and tenderer may submit to\n the contract-ing entity a certificate of registration in an official list of approved\n economic operators, see section 156 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, issued by\n the competent authority. The contracting entity only accepts certificates of registration\n in an official list from applicants and tenderers established in the country holding\n the official list. Complaints for not\n having been selected must be submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Pro-curement\n before the expiry of 20 calendar days, see section 7(1) of the Act, from the day after\n submission of notification to the candidates concerned of the identity of the successful\n tenderer where the notification is ac-companied by an explanation of the grounds for\n the decision in accordance with section 2(1), para (1) of the Act and section 171(2)\n of the Danish Public Procurement Act.

2) 30 calendar days\n calculated from the day after the day when the contracting entity has notified the\n candidates concerned that a contract based on a framework agreement with reopening\n of competition or a dynamic pur-chasing system has been entered into where the notification\n has included an explanation of the relevant grounds for the decision.
