Please find the topics below.\n The hearing will conclude on 15 November 2024 and remarks regarding the topics are\n kindly to be sent til mat@70151000.dk before the end of 15 November 2024. Topics •\n The concession area: the Port seeks any additional input and information related to\n the concession area identified by the Port, such as: - Does the demarcation of the\n area seem suitable to ensure a commercially at-tractive project for both the Port\n and the possible tenderer, - Other remarks regarding the demarcation of the area.\n • Does the documents contain terms, clauses requirements etc. that would conflict\n with current market standards and therefor would constitute and obstacle for the participant,\n to participate in the call for tenders? If so, the participant is kindly asked to\n state which terms, clauses requirements etc. that has been identified as a problem,\n and why this is the case. • Does the documents contain terms, clauses requirements\n etc. that would conflict with current market standards and therefor would influence\n if the participant deems the project commercially attractive.
