The purpose of this RFI is to understand how the best possible tender can\n be arranged both for DALO and possible suppliers according to the EC regulations.\n The Danish Ministry of Defence is responsible for surveillance and responding to ship\n source pollutions by oil and Hazardous Noxious Substances (HNS) as well as monitoring\n the adherence to laws and regulations related to MARPOL Annex I, II and III at sea.\n Denmark is partner to a number of international conventions and agreements that in\n conjunction defines the required standards for aerial surveillance.
