Joint call for tenders concerning supply of electricity covering Zeanet A/S’ and NKE-Elnet A/S’ grid loss
This is a joint call for tenders by the two contracting entities, Zeanet A/S and NKE-Elnet A/S, concerning the supply of electricity covering grid loss.
The call for tenders covers two separate partial contracts concerning supply of 8.2 MWh electricity covering grid loss distributed on 4.7 MWh on grid area 860 (partial contract 1) and 3.5 MWh on grid area 854 (partial contract 2). The quantities are estimated based on the contracting entities historic consumption.
The two partial contracts both run for one year - from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. The tenderer shall submit one aggregate tender covering both partial contracts and cannot price the partial contracts differently, see section 4 of the tender specifications.
The contracting entities estimate that the total value of the contracts will amount to approx. DKK 8.6 million excluding VAT but including all duties and charges. Of this amount, partial contract 1 is expected to amount to approx. DKK 5 million and partial contract 2 to approx. DKK 3.6 million.
Any economic operator registered as a power trading company in Denmark may submit a tender. However, tenderers subject to one of the grounds for exclusion appearing from sections 135-136 and 137, nos. (1)-(6) of the Public Procurement Act will be excluded from participating in the tender procedure and will not be considered for the contracts, unless the tenderer can produce sufficient documentation that the tenderer is reliable.
The tender must be uploaded via the internet address below in accordance with the available guidelines.
It is noted that the tender is exempt from a compulsory tendering procedure under Article 23(1)(b)(i) of the Utilities Directive as it covers supply of electricity to two contracting entities within the energy sector. The call for tenders is therefore carried out voluntarily in accordance with the principles of section IV of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 191(1), and section 17(1) of the Executive Order on network company activities.
