Udbud af aftale om levering af el til dækning af nettab samt aftale om annullering af oprindelsesgarantier

KONSTANT Net A/S hereby invites tenders for Contract concerning procurement of energy to cover energy losses (Contract no. 1), and Contract concerning cancellation of guarantees of origin (Contract no. 2).
The contracts are put to tender in compliance with section 45a in Elforsyningsloven and section 17 in Bekendtgørelse om varetagelse af netvirksomhedsaktiviteter.

Contract no. 1:
Given that Contract no. 1 concerns procurement of energy to cover energy losses in KONSTANT Net A/S’ system, it is not possible in advance to announce the quantity of energy covered by the contract. On the basis of KONSTANT Net A/S’s former purchase of energy to cover energy losses, KONSTANT Net A/S expects a yearly purchase of energy under Contract no. 1 of 82 720 000 kWh electricity.
The contract period is 1 year from 1 of January 2022, but KONSTANT Net A/S holds an option to prolong the contract period with 1 year.

Contract no. 2:
Given that Contract no. 2 concerns cancellation of guarantees of origin equalling the quantity of energy to cover energy losses purchased according to Contract no. 1, it is not possible in advance to announce the quantity of cancellation of guarantees of origin covered by Contract no. 2. KONSTANT Net A/S expects a yearly purchase of cancellation of guarantees of origin under Contract no. 2 of 82 720 MWh electricity, i.e. a yearly cancellation of 82 720 guarantees of origin.
The contract period is 1 year from 1 of January 2022, but KONSTANT Net A/S holds an option to prolong the contract period with 1 year.

Udvælgelseskriterier Economic standing is as described in the general conditions of the procurement. It is a minimum requirement that tenderer in each of the concluded and audited annual accounts for the last 3 years show:
- Contract no. 1: A minimum turnover of DKK 90 000 000.
- Contract no. 2: A minimum turnover of DKK 40 000 000.

Technical ability is as described in the general conditions of the procurement.
Tenderer for Contract no. 1 must as a minimum requirement show at least 2 references concerning execution of contracts concerning delivery of energy with a yearly minimum sale of 40 000 000 kWh electricity, concluded within the last 3 year.
Tenderer for Contract no. 2 must as a minimum requirement show at least 2 references concerning execution of contracts concerning cancellation of guarantees of origin concluded within the last 3 year.
