REGARDING RELOCATION OF OUTFALL PIPE FROM SKAGEN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

Today, the current outfall pipe from Skagen wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) discharges into Kattegat, via a sea pipe. As a result of extensive expansion of the Port of Skagen, it will not be possible to use that pipe in the future. Therefore, the client has decided to establish a new outfall pipe to Skagerrak.

Present assignment includes the following main works:
• Establishment of some 1,000 rm Ø630 PE onshore outfall pipe, from Ska-gen WWTP to Skagerrak
• Establishment of some 1,500 rm sea pipe in territorial waters, including establishment of a concrete diffuser structure at a depth of approx. 15 metres.
• Various reconnection works at Skagen WWTP.

Udvælgelseskriterier Financial ability:
1.)
The applicant should state key figures in the shape of the applicant’s net turno-ver for the last two closed financial years.
It is a minimum requirement that the turnover of each of the two closed financial years amounts to at least DKK 20 million.

2.)
The applicant should state key figures in the shape of the applicant’s equity for the last two closed financial years.
It is a minimum requirement that the equity in each of the two closed financial years is positive.


Technical ability:
1.)
The applicant should provide a list of references. It is a minimum requirement that the list demonstrates relevant experience in the shape of at least three and no more than five comparable references for, respectively, onshore and offshore pipe works in the last five years, describing the services delivered, time of ser-vice delivery, contract sum, and contact person for the client including telephone number and/or email.

It is a minimum requirement that each reference meets at least one of the below listed requirements for a comparable service:
• Offshore pipe works that involve installation in the seabed by means of digging/flushing. Pipe dimension ≥ Ø300.
• Onshore pipe works that involve a pipe made of welded PE pipes. Pipe dimension ≥ Ø300.
