Ørsted is looking for one (1) supplier, who can offer and facilitate various programmes/courses, which includes information regarding individual courses and suggestion business support to develop and define the Global Leadership culture in Ørsted.
Currently our scope covers the following areas:
— pre-trip coaching,
— cultural awareness,
— collaborating across distances,
— cross-cultural training,
— leading across training.
Global professional training:
— employment law in country X practice,
— intercultural negotiations in country X.
The courses will be offered to our employees as “open” training programmes through the Ørsted Learning Management System (LMS) as well as on demand courses coming from full teams/departments.
